Do you offer delivery?

We do! Nationwide delivery is now available! Our delivery cost is £10 for orders between £25 and £60, and £5 for orders between £60 and £100. If you spend over £100, delivery is free!

Local delivery is available for TQ and EX1-5 postcodes. Our delivery cost is £5 for orders between £25 and £60. If you spend over £60, delivery is free!


Can I collect my order from you?

Orders (no minimum spend!) can be collected from our collection point at Western Barns, Totnes TQ9 7EE or Yetson Hayes, Totnes TQ9 7EG by appointment - just send us a message.

 

Where will you leave my delivery?

As your delivery will be perishable, if you have opted for 'local delivery' and are not going to be in we recommend you provide a cool box/bag (with ice blocks) large enough for your order in a safe place. Alternatively, please select our sustainable wool-insulated packaging at checkout for your order to remain cold until your return. Orders can be left in this packaging for up to 12 hours.

If you have opted for 'national delivery' your order will be delivered in our sustainable wool-insulated packaging. Orders can be left in this packaging for up to 12 hours.

 

Can I return my wool-insulated packaging?

We can accept your wool-insulated packaging back. Alternatively why not hold onto it for your next order from Tuckenhay Farm? Or use it to keep other items cool around your home.

 

What are your product guidelines?

All meat products are non-returnable due to the nature of the product. Our meat products may be delivered in a frozen state while we are building custom to avoid waste, but where possible we try to supply our products fresh. Any frozen products will be kept frozen during delivery, ready to pop straight into your own freezer or for you to defrost and enjoy!
