Mutton is currently making a very welcome comeback. Our mutton is slow grown for 4-6 years and is characterised by rich and complex flavours due to its older age.

It requires a longer, slower cook, and has a big, bold flavour making it perfect for curries, tagines and stews as well as the classic shepherd’s pies! Why not give it a try?
